Job Description
Responsibilities:

Join, cut, and fabricate metal components using various welding techniques (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick) according to blueprints and specifications.

Set up and operate welding equipment, ensuring proper settings for the materials and thickness being welded.

Ensure the quality of welds by performing visual inspections and adhering to established quality control procedures.

Clean and prepare weld surfaces prior to welding.

Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

May assist with other metalworking tasks such as grinding, drilling, and fitting.

Qualifications:

0-any years of experience in welding or a related metalworking trade (e.g., metal fabrication).

A valid welding certificate (preferred).

Strong understanding of safe welding practices and adherence to OSHA regulations.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and basic welding symbols.

Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

Strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to quality.
