Job Description

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality control procedures and inspection plans
Conduct inspections of raw materials, in-process work, and finished products to ensure adherence to specifications and quality standards
Analyze quality data and identify trends to pinpoint potential issues
Investigate and troubleshoot product defects and non-conformances
Collaborate with production personnel and engineers to implement corrective actions and preventative measures
Maintain and update quality control documentation
Work with suppliers to ensure they meet our quality requirements
Assist with the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives
Prepare quality reports and presentations

Qualifications:

0-5 years of experience in quality control or a related field (e.g., manufacturing, engineering)
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field (preferred)
Working knowledge of quality control principles and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, SPC)
Familiarity with various inspection tools and techniques
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
