We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Process Engineer to join our team in Oak Brook, IL. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with varying levels of experience, from recent graduates to seasoned professionals.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and improve existing manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and yield.

  • Identify and implement process optimization strategies (e.g., Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma).

  • Develop and document process flow diagrams, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  • Conduct data analysis and utilize statistical tools to monitor process performance and identify areas for improvement.

  • Troubleshoot process-related issues and recommend corrective actions.

  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., production, maintenance, quality) to ensure smooth process implementation.

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in process engineering.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new manufacturing processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a closely related field (preferred).

  • 0-any years of experience in process engineering, manufacturing, or a relevant technical field.

  • Working knowledge of manufacturing processes and principles.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and basic understanding of data analysis tools (a plus).
