We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Plant Manager to join our growing team in Oak Brook, IL. Â This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual with 0-5 years of experience to take ownership of a vital role within our organization.
Job Description
Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production, quality control, inventory management, and personnel supervision.

Develop and implement strategies to optimize production efficiency, meet deadlines, and achieve budget targets.

Ensure adherence to safety regulations and maintain a clean and productive work environment.

Manage plant personnel, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation

Foster a positive and collaborative work culture

Identify and implement cost-saving measures and continuous improvement initiatives

Liaise with other departments (e.g., engineering, sales) to ensure smooth production flow

Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and production metrics

Address and resolve production issues and equipment malfunctions
Qualifications:

0-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and quality control methods

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Ability to motivate and inspire a team

Proven ability to problem-solve and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment

Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively

Working knowledge of safety regulations and OSHA standards (a plus)
