Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control procedures and inspection plans

• Conduct inspections of raw materials, in-process work, and finished products to ensure adherence to specifications and quality standards

• Analyze quality data and identify trends to pinpoint potential issues

• Investigate and troubleshoot product defects and non-conformances

• Collaborate with production personnel and engineers to implement corrective actions and preventative measures

• Maintain and update quality control documentation

• Work with suppliers to ensure they meet our quality requirements

• Assist with the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives

• Prepare quality reports and presentations

Qualifications:

• 0-5 years of experience in quality control or a related field (e.g., manufacturing, engineering)

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field (preferred)

• Working knowledge of quality control principles and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, SPC)

• Familiarity with various inspection tools and techniques

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
