In this role, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining automated systems to improve our manufacturing efficiency and productivity. Job Description
Responsibilities:

Analyze and identify opportunities for automation within the manufacturing processes.

Design and develop automated solutions using hardware, software, and control systems (PLCs, robots).

Program and configure automation equipment to perform specific tasks.

Integrate automated systems with existing production lines and IT infrastructure.

Perform testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of automated systems.

Conduct preventative maintenance and ensure the smooth operation of automated equipment.

Document automation processes and procedures.

Collaborate with engineers, production personnel, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:

0-5 years of experience in automation engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related field.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical), Computer Science, or a relevant field (preferred).

Understanding of automation principles, robotics, and control systems.

Working knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, C++) and scripting (e.g., VBA) (a plus).

Familiarity with CAD software and electrical schematics (a plus).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
